– 1/4 cup of poha (flattened rice)
– 1/4 cup of rice flour
– 1/4 cup of besan (gram flour)

Step 1: Soak the Dals and Rice

Start by washing the dals and rice thoroughly. Soak them in water for at least 4-5 hours or overnight. This will help in softening the grains and making the batter smooth.

Step 2: Grind the Ingredients

After the dals and rice have soaked, drain the water and transfer them to a blender. Add the poha, rice flour, besan, and salt to the blender. Blend the ingredients together until you get a smooth and thick batter. The consistency should be neither too thick nor too thin.
