Step 1: Enable Screen Sharing for Participants

Before participants can share their screens, you need to enable this feature in your Zoom settings. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Zoom account and go to the “Settings” tab.
2. In the “In Meeting (Advanced)” section, find the “Screen Sharing” option.
3. Check the box next to “Allow participants to share their screen.”
4. Click “Save” to apply the changes.

Step 2: Start a Zoom Meeting

Once you have enabled screen sharing for participants, you can start a Zoom meeting. Here’s how:

1. Open the Zoom application and click on “New Meeting” or “Join a Meeting.”
2. Enter the meeting ID, password (if required), and other details to join the meeting.
3. Once you enter the meeting, you will see a “Share Screen” button on the control panel.

1. To switch between participants’ screens, click on the “Switch Camera” button on the control panel.
2. If you want to stop a participant from sharing their screen, click on their name and select “Stop Sharing.”
